The HarboursideWhen outsiders think of Hong Kong, they envision a forest of soaring skyscrapers. And while that is at least partially true in Kong Kong, itself, when it comes to Kowloon, Lantau Island, and the rest of the New Territories, it's not about tall; it's about side.
